Former Employee3.3May 23, 2024Was a decent place to work prior to the merger with Forgerock. Thoma Bravo destroyed the compensation structure and eliminated sales spiffs. If you can handle working for “Oracle lite” sales leadership and a PE firm that will dump Ping in the next 24 months then jump onboard.
