Was a decent place to work prior to the merger with Forgerock. Thoma Bravo destroyed the compensation structure and eliminated sales spiffs. If you can handle working for “Oracle lite” sales leadership and a PE firm that will dump Ping in the next 24 months then jump onboard.

Honestly a pretty solid company to work for. They care about the team, the pay is good, and the culture is pretty great across the org. Mobility is hard though.
