Ping has a world class platform but struggles to generate business with smaller commercial to mid-enterprise accounts. Focus and attention is on the Strategic teams and many Enterprise reps get lost in the shuffle and fall way below hitting quota.

Private equity owned does deprioritize pre-sales, but overall, enjoy working in this market & use case. Ping has a fantastic product, just not a pre-sales driven organization until liquidation.

Honestly a pretty solid company to work for. They care about the team, the pay is good, and the culture is pretty great across the org. Mobility is hard though.
