Overall, awful experience. They want a hunter-based SaaS sales role but manage it similar to the way they manage their equipment leasing teams. Quota expectations are managed monthly rather than quarterly and overall quota is simply unobtainable given product mix and average transaction amounts. Quota obtainment upon my departure were trending at 20-25% for the year. Inbound lead flow is minimal and marketing seems to only support entry level software options and smart lockers. Stay away!

The GEC organization within PB lacks direction. According to news reports, it will be sold in the near future. An activist investor started making noise in Nov. 2023, and the environment hasn’t been the same since. The culture officially took a nose dive in June 2023 when the activist investor’s plans began to materialize (layoffs, multiple re-orgs, etc.).
