Current Employee Great people and great product!!they really focus on SMB so selling to a lot of prelaunch or wallet stage startups. Means it is a very transactional sale cycle and a bit unpredictable. Need to close A LOT of small deals to hit your number and hope to get a big one every quarter to either get you to your number or over attain. Big deals occur but few and far between…hard to predict which accounts will be big.
