We are putting people on performance plans that haven't been with us for more than 6 months. I wouldn't try to work here any time soon. Difficult to succeed.

Loved the company when I got hired in 2021. They were purchased by vista equity shortly after and it was all down hill from there. Employee experience was an afterthought and layoffs were extremely common. Constant executive leadership turnover made it difficult to have trust in the vision and direction the company was/is heading.

High achievers are compensated very well. Incredible, industry-leading products, Salesforce and integrations are a bit of a mess at times.

Ever since Viusta Equity acquired Pluralsight it has been going downhill. It is a sinking ship. All the top leadership have left the company.
