Current Employee The people at Pluralsight really make it worth working at Pluralsight. Great co-workers. Numerous restructures over the last few years leave you wondering when your team may be impacted.
Compensation has fallen well below market in recent years.
Quota attainment is fairly non-existent - usually averaging between 60-80%, with a small % of team hitting 100%.
Great product that is a leader in the market but not moving quickly enough. Competitors are catching up at a lower price point that we are discounting to meet.
Good place to work with not much pressure. Don't expect to be part of a high-performance sales team. If you put in the work, you can be rewarded - however hitting quota is not the norm.
It does seem to be heading in the right direction, but hard to see after a number of tough years. I have loved working at Pluralsight though!
