There were a lot of really great people at this company, and is what made it such a great place to work. Then Vista happened, and it all went down hill. Executives left, and new leadership never really understood who PS was or what made it good.

We acquired a competitor, got acquired by Vista Equity, have seen our strategy change several times and a lot of good people have left leaving a void. The sales org is supported and celebrated from the top, but many of the midlevel leaders fall short.
