Pluralsight business development is in an interesting space. Both corporate and fed/sled is strapped for budget, with fed/sled having a bit more money to work with. Fortunately sales leadership takes this into consideration with quotas and expectations creating very achievable goals. Marketing at Pluralsight is amazing to work with, getting higher influx of leads surrounding events, and lower amounts during off season and holidays. Finally, they have a very clear path to promotion, and recruits heavily from within the organization. This is very motivating to come in and really make a name for yourself.

Lots of turnover since I left. The culture was very good, but the executive leadership was abysmal and the outlook isn't great in a fractured market being taken over by Accenture, one of PS's biggest customers.

I worked here for a while. although I learned alot in this role it seemed very political internally for any promotions or bonuses. Instead of considering tenure or performance it was more who could have 1/1 closed door meetings with the managements over there.
