Great company, product, and people. Adjusted quota down this year to help more reps hit their number. Negotiate a higher OTE to make up for lack of stock.

Company is on fire since the vista acquisition and has no transparency for leadership plans nor plans to sty afloat. Everyone is looking over their shoulder wondering when there team will be the next ones cut in a layoff event. 3 layoffs in 2023 alone.
