Company is on fire since the vista acquisition and has no transparency for leadership plans nor plans to sty afloat. Everyone is looking over their shoulder wondering when there team will be the next ones cut in a layoff event. 3 layoffs in 2023 alone. Not a place to build your career - most senior execs and VP's outside of revenue are simply cashing checks waiting to be cut

unstable company, 4th round of layoff in 2 years, the leadership team don't know what they do and which direction to take moving forward. No pay increase for the employees the since Covid period regardless your yearly performance. 2024 is not the right timing to join this company.
