Gained great experience out of college and got my foot in the door for a B2B outside sales role. Annual pay is below average and there is NO commission for SDR/CSR/BDR. Company offers management training programs which will more than likely require permanent relocation (to region in need). No CRM system in place and little to no guidance for building a pipeline.

I think this is a great company to work for, albeit with a very dated sales structure. Their 'BDR' position is actually an account manager and hardly does any true outside sales, while actual outside sales positions are rare in this company & industry.
