I think this is a great company to work for, albeit with a very dated sales structure. Their 'BDR' position is actually an account manager and hardly does any true outside sales, while actual outside sales positions are rare in this company & industry. Compensation structure is unclear and confusing but it does pay decently well for someone starting their career in B2B. Quality of life is heavily dependent on the manager. Throughout most of the company, BDR's report to warehouse managers, who may or may be more tailored to operations than sales. Regardless, this is a fantastic company that treats employees very well and offers a fair amount of room to grow in distribution sales.

Gained great experience out of college and got my foot in the door for a B2B outside sales role. Annual pay is below average and there is NO commission for SDR/CSR/BDR. Company offers management training programs which will more than likely require permanent relocation (to region in need). No CRM system in place and little to no guidance for building a pipeline.
