Former Employee It was a great school! Learned a lot while working there, great people and structure. But after it merged with other 2 companies in 2022, it lost its identity having to take instructions from people over the US side on how to do business in Europe, and instead of keeping it separate they wanted to unify it all, obviously that didn't work as most didn't have a clue about how things were done in the rest of the world and thought the "American way" is always the best way and they didn't care about the great work/life balance coupled with sustainable results that kept the business going since 1996.
I hope they can get it together tough, product is top notch, but they could take a book out of Nintendo where the CEO was fine in giving up a large portion of his salary to make the company bounce back with the people that helped build it. That being said all companies have its good and bad moments, hopefully this will go away and they will pull it together.
