Current Employee The company has gone through a merger last year, and as a result performance and culture has deteriorated. A lack of awareness and execution at leadership level as to what is required for an effective GTM in our space is worrying and frustrating. Poor leadership all around. Lack of visibility and change in culture from people first to revenue/EBITA first has caused lack of motivation in several departments.
On the positive side, there are some fantastically talented and nice people still working at Poppulo.
