Current Employee Pretty lackluster experience. Most of the managers are inexperienced at people managing and bad sales reps. Everyone says they are solution selling, but you can quickly realize that is not the case at Preqin.
I've been told nonsense like talk more on discovery calls, or to dance on zoom calls so that prospects like you more. I would never consider a long term career at this company.
