Everyone says they are solution selling, but you can quickly realize that is not the case at Preqin. Current Employee3.0Dec 5, 2023Good product market fit. Comp plan holds reps back from making real money- more downside than upside. 10% match on 401k which is nice, though. Buy/sell PTO policy. Culture is stiff in NYC office between departments. Very frugal company overall.
