PrimePay is a great company to start off in sales. You’ll learn how to run the entire sales cycle. I enjoyed my time at PrimePay but I do wish they would do a better job at helping their account managers. Consistency, account managers were moved from departments and given new leaders. No direction for them to have any success. Overall, I wish PrimePay nothing but success.

Constant change in leadership, goals, vision, commision, quota, etc. Not a good career choice. Toxic leadership

super positive. You get a taste of each sector: banking, referrals, direct business and their highly positioned on the software side with up and coming solutions that the bigger brands haven’t solved yet, important to leverage all of your partners in this role and to keep a close working relationship with the folks who are doing well.
