Procore is a great company and is the premier product in the industry. It has become exceedingly more difficult to hit quota on the new logo side since there are fewer and fewer accounts that don't have procore yet and all of my accounts had multiple opportunities to evaluate and have not pulled the trigger for one reason or another. There are definitely still some opportunities out there but territory plays a large role in your success. I'm not planning on leaving anytime soon but it isn't the same as when I started almost 3 years ago.

2024 was a nightmare of unrealistic quotas and constant and major organizational change. Well less than 10% hit quota in upmarket, and those that did have to a tribute their success to a lot of luck.
