Some of the leaders are good, but it’s a fake culture, executive leadership is racist and politics is the main game, not your performance of work. Managers, Directors and VPs can literally underperform but if they have good connections inside the company it does not matter. Harassment, Data Manipulation, Revenue Manipulation, fake pipeline and fake deals are day by day basis.

The company has over hired in sales to meet growth targets. Has done a great job hiring hunters but not so well hiring farmers.

Expensive, depending on the market and segement there are better options, which varies by team and size. ENT good fit in some markets, vice versa - SMB good fit in others.
