Former Employee In 2024 as Procore struggled to meet its sales plan, the focus on internal talent shifted 180 degrees to hiring externally. Unfortunately, the outcome was a significant loss of tribal knowledge and diverse talent (on all fronts, including diversity of experience). Hiring and firing practices became opaque and based on shoulder taps and cronyism.
