Pretty unfortunate working for the Canadian business. Construction/economy has slowed greatly in Canada which has resulted in only a couple members of the entire Canadian sales team hitting quota. Not a single person hit in SMB this year and its been a revolving door of pips and new hires that are set up for failure. Extremely frustrating, as no attention is paid to the Canadian business by US leadership. None of this applies if you are going for roles in the US.

Great overall experience with Procore. The pricing structure can be quite difficult for smaller contractors to stomach and often defer to alternative vendors offering monthly versus annual based contracts but the software itself is best in class.
