I’ve talked to many AEs in my segment and one step above but the consensus is last year 22’ was much different than this year, complete 180. Over hiring and slashing books of territories have led to many unhappy sales reps looking to leave soon. Think the days of a happy culture at Procore may be behind us. Trying to grow too rapidly in this economic climate may have led to this potential downfall. Time will tell but the outlook is unfortunately bleak.

Great opportunity with the right accounts. Hitting your number is somewhat out of your hand. Controlling what you can control will lead to plenty of 75% finishes to quota, if not lower.
