Many of the reviews here accurately reflect the PIP culture. A significant portion of your quota is tied to how much your client base is expanding in terms of construction volume. It’s not unusual for reps with weaker territories to be put on a PIP within their first quarter. Even those with average territories might hit quota for a few months, only to find themselves on a PIP after a couple of slower months. A growth-at-any-cost mentality dominates the culture
