Current Employee Procore was the best place I've ever worked in 2022 and 2023. Since the start of 2024, there has been a rapid deterioration in both culture, new hires and management. This is not the same company it was a year ago.
Moral is incredibly low and some of our top salespeople are quickly leaving. Quotas are unataianabel and middle management continues to change comp structure, activity metrics, headcount, and policies in order to squeeze ever possible dollar out of each rep with no regard to culture, quality of life, and employee turnover.
