Former Employee Pub Sec is currently the only team with a true future. Lower management is amazing but all decisions are made 2-3 levels above. Comp plan was adjust every month in 2025. This is a great place to get career development and while I was there, Procore invested heavily into their employees. New upper leadership is new to the industry and very disconnected from the boots on the ground team. I would recommend Procore to New SDRs or SDRs recently laid off. Outside of those two personas it is hard to recommend Procore's SDR experience to aspiring AEs as the future is truly uncertain, and the culture was diminishing while I started and diminishing when I left.
