Current Employee I wouldn't touch it with a 10-foot pole. The entire sales hiring strategy seems to be "turn and burn". 2/3rds of my hiring class were PIP'd out before their 1 year. No new strategies from sales management and the market is getting very tired of hearing from a new Procore rep every couple of months. They also make it nearly impossible to move up, even for those crushing their numbers. My advice to upper management - the high volume/low-value sales motions that helped Procore capture the market doesn't work anymore. Time for the sales team to grow up... or it'll continue to flounder. If you're right out of college, you can learn how to cold call here. If you're an experienced rep, you'll be very frustrated.
