Current Employee Have noticed more and more reps are getting placed on performance plans recently. Also introduced a decelerator pay compensation plan where you don't get paid out on what you actually close until you are 50% to your overall quarterly quota.
Culture has changed a bit since I've gotten here. Still great people, but has felt to be a little more churn and burn as reps are held to monthly quotas Browse Other Reviews
