Fantastic company to work for with a great product/market fit. Only downside is Procore has already captured the majority of the market so continued growth is leaning towards the install / upsell market. I believe hitting quota for net new business reps in the future could become increasingly difficult.

Great product market fit. New leadership is clueless in a lot of areas which has impacted culture. Used to be a Glassdoor Top 5 and has significantly decreased. Openness being a "core value" isn't appreciated anymore.
