I wouldn't touch it with a 10-foot pole. The entire sales hiring strategy seems to be "turn and burn". 2/3rds of my hiring class were PIP'd out before their 1 year. No new strategies from sales management and the market is getting very tired of hearing from a new Procore rep every couple of months.
