The quota is unattainable and at this point is only being hit by 20% of the reps. Hitting quota is totally dependent on your book of business / territory. If you don’t hit 100% of your quota for 2 consecutive quarters your job is in jeopardy. The product is a market leader but our customers do not like us. PCOR has gone downhill. Reps are struggling to hit numbers, have no path forward or career plan, overhiring, and have apathetic leadership. The old guard is gone at PCOR and they are ushering in a new era of mediocrity and over-management.
