Current Employee I began at Procore with the SMB GC team and was working out of the Tampa office in a hybrid capacity. Coming into Procore from the industry, I couldn't have asked for a better experience onboading and getting ramped up. SMB is definitely the place to be. The Commercial team feels mismanaged by middle management with no experience in Contech. Leadership feels very disengaged from the front line and do not provide coaching opportunities or career advancement conversations. Everything is around forecast, deals coming in, and pipeline. For anybody considering joining Procore as a fully remote employee, you need to learn to be resourceful. From what I have witnessed, the onboarding and sales enablements is really poor.
