I joined at a turbulent time, company both globally and in APAC was in a state of flux - hiring many new leaders (Whole Global Sales Org LT team was refreshed since December 23) Next FY could be a solid year as all the new GTM changes are bedded down.

Procore pricing model is not suitable for Asia market. Product development is lacking for the market as well.
