Current Employee4.9Sep 30, 2024Great company! A+ sales people, culture, and training. The company as a whole is amazing.
Current Employee2.9Nov 8, 2023GC's is a great vertical but the other verticals at Procore such as owners and sub's are a very niche product fit to the market they are serving therefore making it extremely difficult to thrive and make sales. In addition the non primary verticals do not have the the organization and resources needed to be successful in the role.

Former Employee3.6Aug 7, 2024Great place to work, lots of opportunity to succeed if willing to work hard
Former Employee3.1Jan 16, 2025In 2024 as Procore struggled to meet its sales plan, the focus on internal talent shifted 180 degrees to hiring externally. Unfortunately, the outcome was a significant loss of tribal knowledge and diverse talent (on all fronts, including diversity of experience). Hiring and firing practices became opaque and based on shoulder taps and cronyism.
