Overall, enjoyed my time with Procore. The people there are great and they do have a good culture. Some management decisions around compensation structures created growing pains and slowed deal rates, but seemed like they were working through it.

Lots to love in product and smart people, but the pace of leadership change is currently creating a tremendous amount of noise for frontline sellers. I would watch and see if they stabilize in the next year.

Great company overall! They can get away with base pay because of the culture. Morale is a tad low these days and a whole lot more hunting since compensation has gotten less favorable for many reps
