Former Employee3.4Sep 23, 2025Pub Sec is currently the only team with a true future. Lower management is amazing but all decisions are made 2-3 levels above. Comp plan was adjust every month in 2025. This is a great place to get career development and while I was there, Procore invested heavily into their employees.
