positive. there have been improvements in compensation and ability to exceed quota in the 5 years I've been there. Equity compensation is poor, and there are not true-ups for individual contributors.

I joined at a turbulent time, company both globally and in APAC was in a state of flux - hiring many new leaders (Whole Global Sales Org LT team was refreshed since December 23) Next FY could be a solid year as all the new GTM changes are bedded down.

Pros: Great culture, good pay, great product-market-fit Cons: The organization still very much operates like a startup although they are a 3000+ person company. The sales org is pretty reactionary and middle management prioritizes relationships over accountability. Both can mix to be very frustrating.

I found Procore to have a great product but not the great culture they talk about. Sales spent more time reviewing deals and talking about deals than actually working the deal
