Former Employee It's disheartening to see the direction the company has taken.
Over a year ago, I had the privilege of working alongside some incredibly talented and passionate individuals. Since then, we’ve brought on even more great people. Smart, driven professionals who care deeply about the work and the mission.
Unfortunately, it’s been tough watching the organization shift focus away from its people and toward short-term profits. Great talent is leaving, and the culture that once made this place special is fading.
People are the foundation of any successful company. When they no longer feel valued, everything else eventually follows.
