The absolute worst leadership I’ve ever encountered. I can’t speak to the CFO & high level executives, but the mid-level leadership in the sales organization is laughable. Incompetent people with no value to add to their people & spend their days micromanaging incorrect salesforce reporting. Culture is heading downhill fast. New logo organization is tanking just as fast. I’d bet against Procore heavily in favor of Autodesk & Trimble. This place is going to fall fast. Their peak is over.

Europe has lost its way again! New GM is taking business in wrong direction. Good people leaving. Downsizing UK and moving everything to Dublin. Not a great place to be.

In APAC Enterprise, experiencing serious problems delivering on features that were promised years ago. Lots of threats of churn and the 'shininess' of Procore has worn off.
