PCOR has gone downhill. Reps are struggling to hit numbers, have no path forward or career plan, overhiring, and have apathetic leadership. The old guard is gone at PCOR and they are ushering in a new era of mediocrity and over-management.

Great company. Nice comp plan. But man, is PIP culture prevalent here. Very black and white. Monthly quota for SMB. Very black and white. 99% attainment = miss. Miss two months = PIP. Its almost a rite of passage to be on a PIP here. Talk about stress.
