Current Employee it’s become increasingly clear that Procore is operating under a "growth at all costs" model. Commercial and SMB sales cycle very transactional, rather than cultivating long-term relationships, the focus is on short-term gains and closing deals quickly.The sales environment is notably high-pressure. Teams are pushed hard to meet aggressive targets, which can lead to stress and burnout. This pressure trickles down to customer interactions as well, which is impacting the customizing experience. Joining is risky and can pay off but know what your signing up for.
