The absolute worst company I have ever worked. The day before I started the C-Suite fired the sales leadership. I had zero training zero onboarding and horrible benefits After just a month the C-Suite told me and others that they don't have enough leads coming in that they need to demote us. When demoted they still had zero training zero vision and direction. It all steams from the c-level down they just put you as a number. They are very old school in their PTO and you have to accrue it over time. I accumulated weeks of PTO and the first day that I took off they fired me over an Email on top of all of it. They refused to pay out my PTO and no advance notice.

Messy holding company for multiple software options. As an sdr the manager has no clue what she’s doing and offers no experience or help to you. The only thing asked to be reported each and every morning is your weekend plans and if you don’t speak up she will not let the morning meetings end. Seems like a decent product/market fit but the glaring issue is the pay being significantly below the industry average.
