Current Employee Seems like a decent product/market fit but the glaring issue is the pay being significantly below the industry average. The base pay is roughly 25% - 30% below the average and the OTE is about 40% below other similar roles. They invest the bare minimum in the sales tech stack while at the same time having a barely functional CRM instance and because of the micro managing from the top down the lack of sales tech infrastructure and a somewhat functional CRM AE's are forced to spend significant time with data entry that could be eliminated if anyone in the organization knew anything about sales operational efficiency best practices.
