Management barks down reps' throats to hit unattainable goals. Overall, the future of this company is uncertain unless they are able to establish a better culture.

Current Employee1.6Dec 12, 2023It’s very mediocre. Lots of weird micromanagement. Goals are too high. Not enough leads. Leadership is generally unorganized and has no clear path for the future. They don’t treat people well. Very much a bait and switch job.
