Former Employee2.9Dec 16, 2023the XDR team was a mess. The main culprits have left but the remaining leaders did nothing to ease the craziness before they went. Comp plan was changed constantly, no one hit target. very little enablement despite hiring people with no inside sales experience. base pay was pretty bad too. Did get me my start in SaaS sales tho, will always thank them for that
