Overall, I felt it was a good place to work. Managers were flexible and approachable. However, our commission structure changed multiple times, and sometimes, not for the better. They also promoted only one BDR to AE in my time there. I felt that sales leaders did invest time and energy into our development, but failed to actually promote people. Also many rounds of layoffs during my time there.
