Bad management and leadership at the company. CRO would call after hours to check in and see where you were with hitting quota, and not just at the end of the month, quarter, or year, but randomly. Sometimes late into the evening.

Working at PROS was a valuable learning experience. I had the chance to sell innovative AI and pricing solutions to enterprise customers. That said, the product could be very complex to implement, which sometimes slowed down adoption. Additionally, internal turnover was high due to ongoing restructuring and uncertainty about the company’s direction.
