Current Employee This is a great SDR gig. Pure has great solutions and our reputation proceeds itself so prospects are willing to take a meeting to learn more about out stuff. You work in close proximity to the outside sales team which is great for development. However, the path from SDR to AE or Account Manager is not a cake walk. Most SDR hires (60%) will either leave or move to the channel, marketing, etc. As of right now the SDR's that do move on to outside sales will have to wait ~28months.
