Great company with a great product. Too many sales reps in my region however. Half the team was crushing goal selling to accounts with high spend potential, the other half was selling to small business and could hardly keep their head above water

Great Company, Great Product. - Major Lack of Diversity There's no real training for new employees, just basic onboarding. No guidance or mentorship on what's expected. Im my personal experience there was no coaching. (Bad Management)
