It's been a great experience despite not getting a strong base compensation compared to competition. Very easy product to sell and the product line is slim which allows the company to perfect a small offering of solutions.

Pure Storage is an incredible company with a great vision and leadership. The expectations are high and hitting quota is quite tough. You are not compensated on renewals which is a big pill to swallow if you have a large customer who has already purchased a substantial amount of equipment from you.
